About the Artist
Laetitia de Chazal
South
African born
Laetitia de Chazal moved to her
adopted land Mauritius in 1983. Inspired by the lush sights and vivid
colours of the tropics, she started painting as a hobby.
Laetitia
now lives in the UK where she gave up her career as an image consultant
and make-up artist to become a full time silk artist, marbler and
instructor.
Laetitia
is a member of The Guild of Silk Painters UK and The Society of Marbling
USA.
